Marina facilities & services

Davis Harbour offers 24 fixed slips, including 15 designated for transient vessels, with a bulkhead length of 1,300 feet. Approach and dockside depth is 8 feet with a 3-foot tide range. Shore power includes 30 and 50 amp service, with reverse osmosis water and WiFi available at all slips.

Fuel service provides both diesel and gasoline. Ice, laundry, and shower facilities round out the essentials. Nightly security patrols ensure peace of mind for vessels staying overnight or longer.

Cotton Bay Club access

Marina guests enjoy access to the Cotton Bay Club located on the adjacent property. The club offers a pool for day use, an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a comfortable lounge atmosphere. Hiking and biking trails wind through the surrounding landscape, and the marina welcomes dogs.

The historic 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course, which once hosted Arnold Palmer and other legends, is currently closed but slated for redesign by Robert Trent Jones II as part of an ambitious redevelopment project. When complete, the revived course and new Ritz-Carlton Reserve will elevate Davis Harbour's profile significantly.
