About Gabrielle Marie
Gabrielle Marie is the only Bali Catspace in the fleet built as the owner's version. Knot a Fantasea and Let's Geaux split each hull into two guest cabins; on Gabrielle Marie, one hull belongs entirely to the master suite, private head included, and the other has a pair of guest cabins, each with a head of its own. That takes her down to six berths, and it changes the shape of the week. One couple gets a real retreat at one end of the boat, while friends, children or grandparents settle in on the far side of the saloon. She was built in 2023.
At 40 feet, the Catspace is the smallest Bali in Abaco Sail's fleet, but it is built around the same open plan as the bigger models. The glass door at the back of the saloon swings up out of the way like a garage door, so the cockpit and the inside become one shaded room. Forward, Bali builds a solid deck over the bow where most catamarans stretch a net, which gives you somewhere flat to read, sunbathe or sit with a drink after you anchor.
She also differs from her two sister ships in the details. Her Yanmar diesels are rated at 40 hp each, against 30 hp on the other Catspaces, and her water tank holds 201 US gallons, with a watermaker to top it up. She flies a full-batten mainsail and a furling headsail. The air conditioning works on the move as well as at anchor, backed by an onboard generator, and there is Bluetooth audio in the saloon and cockpit, a cockpit grill and a freshwater shower on deck.
We would plan her week around quiet evenings. Hope Town on Elbow Cay, under its red-and-white lighthouse, is about four nautical miles across the water from Marsh Harbour. Farther south, the sandbar off Tahiti Beach appears as the tide drops, and Little Harbour, with Pete's Pub on the beach, makes an easy last stop before the run home. Her 3.6-foot draft suits the Sea of Abaco, where so much of the good anchoring is in shallow water over sand.
Abaco Sail prices her per boat rather than per person, and by season. Between October 15, 2026 and October 14, 2027, her weekly rate runs from $4,565 (August 1–18) to $13,695 (December 24 – January 6), plus the mandatory Comfort Pack: $1,000 for the first week and $600 for each week after that. The 10% Bahamian VAT is already in those rates, and a 4% cruising tax is added. The Comfort Pack pays for your cruising and fishing permits, the dinghy and outboard, linen and towels, a chart briefing, a welcome pack, end-of-charter cleaning and a damage deposit reduction waiver.
We book Gabrielle Marie as Abaco Sail's agent, and she sails from their base at Conch Inn Marina in Marsh Harbour. Experienced sailors can take her bareboat. If you would rather leave the cuts and the anchoring to someone local, we can arrange a skipper through Abaco Sail. Charters run from four nights, each night priced at one-sixth of the weekly rate, and check-in is at 4:00 PM. Tell us when you would like to sail and we will check her calendar alongside her two sister ships.

Marsh Harbour, Abaco
Conch Inn Marina, Slip 14, Marsh Harbour, Abaco, Bahamas
Operated by Abaco Sail at Conch Inn Marina
All twelve Abaco Sail catamarans we list start and finish their charters at Conch Inn Marina in Marsh Harbour, the main town on Great Abaco. Abaco Sail's own dock team prepares each boat, hands her over at Slip 14 and takes her back at the end of your trip, and the sheltered water of the Sea of Abaco begins just outside the harbour.

Gabrielle Marie: common questions
How many people can sleep aboard Gabrielle Marie?
Six, in three double cabins. She is the owner's version of the Bali Catspace, so the master suite and its head take up one hull, and the other hull has two guest cabins with a head apiece. Her papers register her for nine passengers, but with six berths, six is the overnight number. If you need beds for eight on a Catspace, look at Knot a Fantasea or Let's Geaux.
How is she different from Knot a Fantasea?
Both are 2023 Bali Catspaces on the same weekly rates. Gabrielle Marie has three cabins and six berths, with the master suite in one hull; Knot a Fantasea has four cabins and eight berths. Gabrielle Marie also has 40 hp engines rather than 30 hp, a 201-gallon water tank against 185, and a furling headsail where Knot a Fantasea has a self-tacking jib.
What does a week aboard cost?
Weekly rates for October 15, 2026 to October 14, 2027 run from $4,565 (August 1–18) to $13,695 (December 24 – January 6), per boat. The mandatory Comfort Pack adds $1,000 for the first week and $600 for each extra week. Those rates include 10% Bahamian VAT, and a 4% cruising tax is added. Fuel and any optional extras are paid separately, and there is a $1,500 refundable security deposit.
What equipment is aboard?
Abaco Sail lists air conditioning, an onboard generator, a watermaker, snorkel gear, a stand-up paddleboard, Bluetooth audio in the saloon and cockpit, a chartplotter, autopilot and VHF, a cockpit grill and a freshwater deck shower. The dinghy and outboard come with the Comfort Pack. Abaco Sail confirms exactly what is aboard when your booking is made.
Can we charter her for fewer than seven nights?
Yes. The minimum is four nights, and shorter charters are charged at one-sixth of the weekly rate for each night. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Abaco Sail takes 50% at booking and the rest 45 days before you sail.
